I think the Battle Arcade gives the best BP gain. 3 BP per round, possible free BP can win for the roulette, and then the Brain gives you 20. Also, the trainers don't even get challenging until the fourth or five run. Let's not forget you can cripple Dahlia with any number of status conditions.

I tried a 3-Heart run once.
