They should just make seals less annoying to use, since you have to assign them on and off whenever you want to switch pokemons.

Don't worry too much about the Shadow Temple! Once you get passed the fact that it wants to make you scared, it's a very linear temple.

The 3-D just enhanced the whole experience, but yeah, it really wasn't too noticeable. However, I do remember one scene in particular when the main toys are all walking into an empty room or something, it really felt like they were spread out.
