Razorback is better with the sniper rifle, Jarate is better with the Huntsman. i dunno, i'm a horrible shot in general but I find that throwing jarate at enemies tends to at least help other teammates do more damage, which I personally find more useful than just blocking a backstab attempt that 99%...

speaking of why is it that pretty much the only things I can ever find are razorbacks and skullcutters? I mean, yeah, all I'm missing right now is a pain train and a buff banner, but i'd take pretty much anything else, at least so I could have some more crafting material. also the razorback isnt bad...
