Life extender machine? My guess is that it'll either resurrect you or it'll make your health higher. while i doubt it'll get in the game, if it does then it'll probably be something sort of like a defib to be used on someone nearby for an instant revive. level decides health restored and it's a one...

I've spent 30 dollars and bought HL2, borderlands, SF4, and two packs that weren't really part of the big "oh hey these things are on sale for like 75% off" or something but were still on sale so
