Honestly since you can just craft a sandman and some reclaimed metal together to get one, I doubt it'd be worth alot more than the usual "one other new weapon" but I dunno, ask the TF2 forums what they will give for it, you might get lucky. either way the fish is awesome, why would you trade it away...
